"We placed a large shared family order for 7. We tried Saffron for the first time by recommendation of another patron. We ordered huge variety. My favorite was the Aloo Gobi and Chana Masala. And this place DELIVERS. The sauces are perfect; the Chicken Tikka Masala is thick with spices, both chutney that came with the Veg Samosa are perfect, the samosas themselves are crispy and fresh. Bringing a sauce of any kind to the table correctly can exhaust a kitchen- but they do not get exhausted here. This is what they do, and they do it best. Their rice is fluffy and prepared on point. It is all made fresh, there is no question. The Garli Naan is incredible. Most other places, it would dry out immediately. Not this restaurant. As for the beef biryani, it was supposed to contain a decent amount of beef, but I only found 3–4 very small pieces of meat. Even worse, the biryani was completely tasteless. There was no aroma or flavor at all—just plain rice with almost no seasoning.What they show on the online menu and what I actually received were completely different. The presentation and portion did not match at all.Overall, this was one of the worst biryanis I’ve ever had. It felt like a complete waste of money.
