They take a 2 fresh corn tortillas and fry those up. Next, they pile on plenty of steak. For $5.50, you get more steak on those tortillas than Chipotle gives for an entire $12+ entrée. Next, they melt the perfect amount of cheese to hold everything together. I honestly wish I knew what cheese this was, because it has a subtle sharpness to it which blends with the tortillas and steak perfectly. Cilantro is then added to enhance the experience. Next, add on some of their the AMAZING red salsa (if you can't handle the heat, maybe add the green salsa instead). Sauce choices were available on the side. Ordered a 8oz Cole Slaw , which had a creamy, sweet tangy dressing, which complimented the flavor of the meats.
