They used only fresh ingredients & the roll was soft but not doughy. Most importantly (to me anyway), they mixed the cheese in when preparing it -- I don't like cheese steaks where they just lay the cheese on top. It leaves all the steak underneath dry, and that's just not how you make it. 👎🏻🚫
