"This was the most disappointing meal ive ever had. Ive noticed that Tonys food quality has been on a downhill slope for a while and today will be my last order. For $6 my tuna sandwich came on a crappy piece of white flaccid bread and a smear of tuna. Nothing else, no lettuce no tomato no nothing. The chili had maybe 3 beans in it and my husbands Double Cheeseburger with fries came with no fries and it was just two patties of meat on a bun, absolutely nothing else on it, and their website did not ask if we wanted any on it so we assumed it would be the standard burger add ons, nope. I dont know whats happening at Tonys , but it's nothing good."

"A simple breakfast. I think we've succeeded in finding a place that provides a basic, tasty meal. In the Eggs Your Way! , the eggs were nicely scrambled - looked like pure, unadorned egg. The bacon was nicely browned but soft; maybe from being in a closed in container for the two here. A scouch more veggies would've been nice in the Veggie Omelette, but it was well-cooked and satisfying. I didn't expect the home fries and toast that came with both. The wheat bread had texture and grain; nice hearty slices that I'll save for sandwiches later. And the home fries. Oh. My. Diabetics will want to make sure they get in a fiber load before these fries arrive because they are SO Good and a few must be eaten. The hard part will be eating just a few of the very generous serving. Really good, fresh, simple breakfasts that aren't at a sirloin steak price. Our new favorite breakfast place🏆"

I would have at least expected a nice dense high quality bread as you would expect for a place where the whole idea is centered around open-face sandwiches, but the "sour dough" seemed like it was a regular piece of sliced white bread and not even a decent loaf. My partner got something that had black beans on it and they tasted like they were poured directly out of the can and was accompanied by some brown, past-their-prime lime slices. Maybe it's my fault for choosing items that may not travel well for delivery, but I've gotten similar items elsewhere that were on par with the freshness you'd get in-person. I guess I don't get the point --- these didn't feel like open-face sandwiches as much as regular (uninspired) sandwiches missing the top half of the bread.
