"I got the Pumpkin Spice Latte Bowl with blueberries & almond butter with vegan chocolate and this bowl is the best thing I ever got. I hope they keep this flavor it's worth the try. I'll definitely be re ordering the same bowl again because it's delicious and fresh plus I like how they include a spoon and a few napkins."

"I have tried açaí bowls from Knoxville to Sevierville to Memphis and Blossom Bowls is my favorite! I usually build my own bowl or order the chocolate monkey (sometimes adding protein to the base). What do I like about it? #1 is that they use a loose granola instead of the clumpy honey-based kind. Makes it much lighter and doesn't have the overwhelming honey taste (or extra sugar). There isn't a bunch of added sugar to the base. The Nutella thankfully isn't drizzled on top - it's in the the middle which slightly hardens its consistency which is amazing! Fruit is always fresh and they don't skimp. You get a lot for your money! My favorite!"

"First time trying this place and will definitely be back. The ramen has a great balance of flavors, the pork belly is tender but has a nice crisp, the broth isn't too salty, and the noodles themselves are not mushy but not hard either. The scallion fried rice was fragrant and delicious too! Highly recommend! "

"I'm a huge ramen person, but the Tonkotsu (Pork) Ramen was not it for me. I used to frequent the Ramen Bones food truck in town before closeure, real Japanese ramen, this is a little off. Noodles/toppings are decent, but the bone broth had a greasy smell and flavor to it. I also love Miso Soup, again this was not it. Very non-traditional, which would be fine if it weren't so salty I felt like I was just drinking miso paste straight up. I hope it was an off day, but it surely wasnt the quality I expected for their prices. "
