In the past we have received poached eggs in to-go soup containers. The other Two egg breakfast had a small lump of scrambled egg that could have only been one egg. White toast was burnt. Hani Special had chicken tenders that were so well done and hard that they hurt my teeth to bite into. I work at a restaurant on the weekends and I realize cutting costs, labor, and trying to get everything out the door quickly, but treating to-go food like it doesn't matter is unacceptable. The taste just wasn't great today. The meat on the burger was both undercooked and dry at the same time, which isn't easy to accomplish. Even the fries weren't that good. I have to say this is unusual for Grand Tavern. Grand Tavern is one of my favorite restaurants and I will go there in person. But I'm not sure I'll door dash from there again. "
