first off, the crispy cheese fries, why were these $11? i caved and got $11 fries assuming it'd be like, a lot of fries or really delicious or something, but this was not that. soggy fries with half melted shredded cheese on top, and ultimately less fries than a medium fry at mcdonalds. secondly, this is a more minor gripe, but the chicken parm sandwich shows breaded chicken strips in the photo, and says it is made with chicken strips in the description, but it's actually made with diced grilled chicken, which is a deal breaker for me personally and i would not have ordered that particular sandwich if i knew. $4 for a single frozen eggroll is kind of crazy, but that's largely on me for paying $4 for an eggroll from a sandwich restaraunt. ultimately i'm giving two stars because the food was okay in terms of taste. it wasn't delicious, or something to write home about, but it was passable for a late night dinner after work when i don't want to cook. however, there are glaring issues with false advertisement, that really need to be addressed. i will not be ordering again, and i would not recommend to anyone who wants a good sandwich, rather than a mid sandwich. "We arrived and they had prepared the wrong menu items, once the fixed them we went on our way. Both salads ended up having the wrong toppings and dressings. My salad was supposed to have mixed greens and veggies as the base with steak on top and it came to me as a bowl full of lettuce with one whole carrot, 2 grape tomatoes, and 1/2 a thin slice of steak shaving on top. Some of the donuts absorbed a lot of cooking oil, so much you could squeeze and it would drip, which means the oil was overdue to be changed. I spent about 65 dollars total on 2 dozen donuts based on good reviews. I dont often leave reviews but it would of saved me 60 bucks had I read one like this.
