California Rolls, and the young woman told me the 1 container was my 2 orders of California Rolls so I asked her for a refund & she told me I had to get the refund from her male coworker. I explained to him that I just wanted a refund for the caliornia rolls because I ordered 2 orders of california rolls and only got this 1 container & that this wasn't worth $10 to me & he couldn't give me a refund either. He called his manager over & she explained to me that my 2 orders of California rolls was what is listed in the picture (I'll post with my review) and when I explained to her it was my first time here and I just dont think it's worth $10, she told me to go to the app for a refund. Each other sushi tray I ordered had 10 pieces of sushi, so I thought it was very odd that my 2 orders of the california rolls ( expected 20 pieces) was in this small container. The sweet potatoes were something else, they were rich and creamy unlike anything I've had before They were so basic but so interesting and the sauce that it comes with is yummy I definitely recommend this place. Some items are a little pricey, but in my experience worth it."

"Even though we didn't receive the Yellowtail Jalapeño, everything else was delicious. The tempura for the Tempura Udon was super crispy but not overcooked, and the soup broth was unique from other restaurants and very flavorful. Ikura has a nice sake marinated flavor, Tobiko has an umami flavor. Saba has a good flavor profile, not too briny, and was garnished well. All of the rolls tasted fresh and are the quality I expect in good sushi. Also loved the micro greens in the Seaweed Salad. This was our first time ordering here and we loved how unique everything is. We will definitely order again as well as go into the restaurant."

The pina Piña Colada was good, but you don't get much of it. The worst experience though was the way that the food was packed. 3 out of the four rolls I received were either on their side or upside down, which meant it was a complete mess. There was sauce everywhere, it got on everythig, it even soaked through one of th boxes. Definitely not packed with care. Not the kind of quality I would have expected after spending $80."

"We order from this restaurant fairly often and we have enjoyed everything we've ordered so far. When we order it's usually for a lot of people and so far every order has been perfect, unlike other restaurants that have left off items or just sent the wrong things. While some of our family members only like the 27. *Philadelphia Roll and the 24. Spicy Tuna Roll, which are always good, some of us are more adventurous. Tonight I tried the 14. *Ichi (Jenny) Roll and the T4. Vegas Roll. The 14. *Ichi (Jenny) Roll was my favorite of the two with its little pop of flavor from the lemon in top. I liked the T4. Vegas Roll fine, but it was a little underwhelming for me, it was my fault though, I didn't realize that it was a breaded and deep fried roll which I normally wouldn't choose for myself. I also ordered the 5. Soy Bean / Edamame. It was heated to perfection, my only comment is that it was unsalted but I added my own salt and enjoyed every last bean."

The folded top was wide open exposing the food and in a open plastic bag not sealed properly at all. I have the same issue if I pick it up myself or eat there and bring home leftovers. "Gotta admit, it was jumbled in the bag with seemingly no real care. some things had leaked a bit and it was kind of a mess to extract all of the food. I dont know ifnit was the restaurant or the dasher in a hurry, but it was a little disappointing. Tonkotsu Ramen was very flavorful and the broth was very hot. The prok belly was great and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Full disclosure, I did pay for the direct delivery and left a decent tip to get it fast, so keep that in mind. Takoyaki (4) looked terrible, but tasted great. they were also nice and hot. rolling around in the box seemed to give them all a nice coating of sauce, but there was not a bonito flake to be seen. Rock'n Roll looked nothing like the pictures. It seemed like a basic California roll and tasted appropriately boring. Miso Soup was ok, but nothing really worth bragging about."
