I always appreciate a shop that will separate ramen broth to prevent the noodles from going soggy and the sauce for the Curry Katsu Don is also in its own container so you can appreciate their light, crispy coating of the meat the way it is intended. I also enjoy that their Matcha Milk Tea is not overly sweet and retains the strong flavor it should have. Both times I have ordered sushi from here, it was fresh tasting and packed separately from the hot food too. I keep coming back to try more of their menu. A++ Kumo!"

"I got the Any 3 Rolls combo, specifically with 3 Salmon Avocado rolls and the Miso soup, and it was excellent as always. The portions are good, and the ingredients are deliciously fresh. But not only is their food excellent, so is their customer service. They're consistently really respectful about my request for no wasabi (it causes me severe gastrointestinal upset due to a preexisting health condition), and even my requests for no ginger and low sodium soy sauce, which are just my preferences, but ones they always nail, too. No weird aftertaste like I've had from other shops. This is the way Brown Sugar flavor is supposed to taste! Puffed Rice (Chat Pate) is a large serving and mild still has a little spicy kick like it should. I wish there were a little more bits of cucumbers but that's a preference because I love contrasting textures with crunchy and soft in my snack foods.
