All meats had a bit of smokiness to them, the brisket on the fatty side was great, but lean side was dry. Chopped pork was pretty dry and nothing to write home about. Rib was solid, A+ especially with the bbq sauce. Mac n cheese was meh, needed more cheese sauce and seasoning. The cornbread was DENSE, not typical but I enjoyed it."
