"The Grilled Branzino for $32 was excellent for the price. My constructive criticism: just ever so slightly overcooked. It was closer to medium well, and I think medium should be the target. It came with a complimentary salad which was great to mix with the fish. The salad was fairly basic however. I think a bit of sliced fennel root would be a really nice addition to turn this salad from the generic cafeteria salad into something specifically paired for the fish. Regarding presentation, I would have placed the salad in the same box as the fish. I think two or three grilled lemon slices a top the branzino would have been delicious and beautiful as well.
