The octopus and conch were paper thin scraps and not trimmed properly. The white fish even had the bloodline connected still, which is completely unacceptable for sashimi..even unacceptable for fish that you cook. The roll was soggy, and the rice didn't hold together at all. The baked fish was mealy and it all tasted of freezer burn and plastic. I had to scrape off the tempura flakes as they were extremely stale. The plastic taste overwhelmed and had to throw it out after trying to get through 2 pieces. Shocked to see even the asparagus was browning and slimy. Super disappointed and I don't understand how they get a customer favorite label. Will never order from here again."

The dumplings seemed to have a synthetic meat in them and the taste was not palatable. The 106. Curry Shrimp with Onion was also slimy with an inauthentic curry flavor. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend any of these items. I wouldn't order from this restaurant again."

"Koto grill never fails to disappoint. If I dont know what to eat, I'll get Koto. If I dont have anything planned for dinner, I'll get Koto. Even though I tend to get delivery from them, my Miso Soup is hot EVERY time (and superrrr tasty too :D). The go-to sushi rolls I go for every time are the Philadelphia Roll and the Spicy Crunch Krab Roll. Wow. Just wow. I think my favorite thing about their sushi is how light they go on the rice. Every other sushi place, they load up the rice... but Koto... man, they do everything right <3 They have a special place in my heart. "

"I was extemely disappointed when I took the soup out and found they charged me 2.75 for a styrofoam coffee cup of Miso Soup. The crab Golden Krab Rangoon are very good. The sushi is also pretty good but the roll size is a bit small. It was all packed very well in a nice paper delivery bag with handles. I would order again just just not the Miso Soup because of the size vs price. "
