I'm not too sure, but it is delicate and warm. I was kind of disappointed on the price for the size of soup. I ordered a large and it's not like the normal large that I'm used to but other than that it's really good. The chicken basil fried is surprisingly, very light and delicate and delicious as well... The chicken is cooked to perfection and tender rice has a great texture and flavor and the basil gives it a really different twist very fragrant. I say a definite must try... the orange chicken is really good. It's not greasy and it has like the perfect coating and seasoning on it and the meat is actually really tender and good. "
