Unfortunately the Country Fried Pork Chops were a huge miss--for delivery anyway. Because the restaurant sealed them completely in an aluminum tray, the breading became gummy and the chops continued to steam resulting in an overcooked rubbery texture. Also, note, perhaps I read the menu incorrectly, you need to select mashed potatoes if you want them for your side.
