"In my Sake Don , there was a lemon slice on top of the sashimi. The acidity cooked the salmon a little and made the fish sour. The slices are very thin so it's especially noticeable. The furikake in the sushi rice made it sweeter than I'd like, and the mix of the seaweed and pickled vegetables made the whole bowl smell somewhat funky. There was a massive amount of raw, shredded carrot underneath the sashimi to give volume to the Sake Don . I didn't eat that. I try sake dons very frequently from several local restaurants, and I'm afraid this was my least likeable one yet."

Chinese food, or the American variety is quite possibly my favorite food. Back home in the Midwest, I have tried countless restaurants and found some favorites along the way (one of which I've been going to for over 20 years). NONE of them come even remotely close to this place. The flavor was just unreal and the portion sizes for the price blew me away.
