"I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to this time. The Braised Pork and Rice (Khoa Ka Moo) is the best I have tasted in a long, long time. Bone marrow? Check. Perfectly tender pork skin? Check. Meat marinated to perfection? Check! And the rice was perfect. With a dish like this, the rice can make or break it, because you can't really eat the pork without it. It's one of those basic thing that so many places screw up because it's hard to care about repetitive, simple things. Sokitchen cares, you can taste it.
