"I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to this time. The Braised Pork and Rice (Khoa Ka Moo) is the best I have tasted in a long, long time. Bone marrow? Check. Perfectly tender pork skin? Check. Meat marinated to perfection? Check! And the rice was perfect. With a dish like this, the rice can make or break it, because you can't really eat the pork without it.
