The guacamole sauce they add is super good, and the shrimps are big, seasoned well, and not overcooked. Had the Birria Ramen again and it was fire as usual. I like extra broth so I added a little boiling water from the kettle to it and the flavor was still super rich, and the meat is great - no big fat chunks or anything that you sometimes get with birria. Everything was packed nicely and hot. Like I said, don't sleep on this one. Also the orange salsa is hot af but if you add it to your ramen, it mellows a bit and you can taste its delicious complexity."

"I honestly can’t say enough positives about the food at Gordo’s! It’s sooooo good! The quality is always on point. The meat is always fresh and flavorful. Every time I’ve dined in, I’ve been so happy with what I’ve gotten. I love the carnitas, carne asada, and birria tacos. The carne asada fries are great. Just ordered delivery and the tacos and carne asada burrito were perfect. My only qualm is that they put too much guac on their items, but requesting it on the side for dipping is perfect for me. I lived in LA and am used to amazing tacos at every corner and Gordo’s is the same quality as those LA staples."

"First time ever trying this restaurant and I was beyond impressed! All the food was wrapped carefully and came in a sturdy brown "to go" bag with the restaurant's name. There was also a handwritten note on the bag thanking me for my business which I felt was a very nice touch. The chips and Guacamole were absolutely delicious! The chips themselves were wrapped and sealed for freshness and came with a generous amount. I definitely will buy a larger side of the guacamole (if offered ) in the future. It was seasoned very well, absolutely fresh, and very creamy. I also ordered the two chicken enchiladas combo as my entree meal. Excellent portions, seasoning , and sauce that also included refried beans and Spanish rice. I also received a large plastic container of salsa that was very mild in flavor but also seasoned very well and extremely fresh. It was a BIG hit in the household! Definitely will be ordering from this restaurant again and HIGHLY recommend to others. All the food was very fresh tasting and well worth the price."
