Today the chicken is shredded, which some made it more dry, about an ounce of meat. Even the am of noodles has decreased, oh and the houson sauce is tiny! The pad Thai was presented as a bunch of ingredients all packed together in a box. To enjoy them properly they needed to be mixed, impossible to do in the box because the noodles are all along the bottom, just stuck there. But the worst part is that it only came with about 2 tablespoons of the ground chicken and it was not fully cooked and there was little to no larb seasoning (both of which I noticed right away when I took my first and only bite). I sought help from DoorDash and only received $4.10 credit on this $14 dish. Even with undercooked chicken. This is not the first time I've received poor quality food from this restaurant, but it is the first time I've written a public review (I've written private feedback in the past). I've had some good food from this place, and it became my go-to, but those good food experiences became fewer and further between. This restaurant could stand to do quality checks before they send any food out the door. Their food quality has declined since they opened a couple years ago.
