I called Ruggles Black and they said he definitely left with the pizza. They refunded me for the missing pizza but I had to place a second order with fees and tip to get what I ordered. Thankfully, Ruggles Black offered to provide me with two pizzas in addition to refunding the first one to offset the delivery fees.
