I assume they cracked the egg into boiling water instead of boiling in shell. It was a little unpleasant to find that out mid bite. The inclusions were also strange, almost like stuff you just throw in from your fridge before it expires. An onion ring, a deep fried mushroom, deep fried squash, and some shrimp tempura. Also, there was a lot of ginger. Probably would not order again, but it was passable. For its price, the Shrimp Tempura App disappointed. Four little sticks of tempura for $10 is a bit steep."
