Everything is cooked perfectly, with one exception: the steak is medium+ - mid-well. I know it's challenging to nail the temperature on a carryout order, but if you cook it one temp lower, everything should carry over cooked by the time the person goes to eat it. I can see however that the steak was probably cooked perfectly when they took it off the grill. Definitely not disappointed in the flavor and the remaining juiciness, just wanted to give a little tip in case it helps.
