"I got the 10 oz. Wagyu Filet, and I SHOULD ream the chef; I ordered it medium well, I received it so rare, I doubt it was cooked any more than a minute. It squealed when I cut into it! I love Morton's, and have had many an excellent steak there. I like it even more than the over priced steak house that starts with an H! I am going to be kind and count it as a chef outraged anyone would medium well such a nice cut of beef, and he/she had a professional tantrum, and cooked it the way he/she thought it should be enjoyed. Or, there was some sort of memory lapse in how I wanted it, I don't know. This is an excellent steakhouse, and I highly recommend it; just realize the chef might be a bit temperamental when you want your steak cooked more than just having it ran through the kitchen! "If you can get past the name of this place, I highly recommend it! Just know that this is NOT Texas BBQ and as far as I can tell, the meat's not even barbecued but grilled. But with those little details out of the way, the food is nonetheless delicious! I got the 2-meat BBQ Meat Combo with lamb and chicken. The lamb is cubed and cooked on skewers (you get 4), and you get a bunch of chicken! These sit on a huge pile of basic fried rice (rice fried with soy sauce) and a scoop of potato salad. It's a lot of food! And much more than I could finish. The lamb is seasoned perfectly with plenty of cumin and Chinese 5-spice, while the chicken is marinated with a slightly sweet sauce and it's super tender! "
