I am confused by the cheddar cheese, as it's in strips as opposed to a whole slice; you don't get cheese in every bite. The veggies are fresh, and I love baby spinach on a sub! Horsey mayo....interesting. I was expecting a horseradish flavor, but it is oddly sweet and doesn't contribute much to the overall flavor of the sub. Would get regular mayo and horseradish next time. The different meats are tasty, love the roast beef, and there's a decent amount. I also ordered the macaroni salad. I am really disappointed with the small portion. At almost $4, I expected more than a few bites!! I got a dill pickle, because who doesn't love a giant pickle?! 😜 Overall, a good experience. I wouldn't agree that it's "The best sub I've ever had", but I'd go back again to try something else."

I ordered a shrimp and broccoli alfredo whoever's in the kitchen has no idea how to make Alfredo sauce. the broccoli was so overcooked it just disintegrated to mush when you try to touch it they were like three shrimp which were tiny and it is a starchy white milk sauce with absolutely no Alfredo flavor. I'm not a complainer but when I spend $80 for two entrees I expect them to be edible. my wife ordered veal franchise in the veal taste like it's been frozen for 3 weeks and way overcooked. whoever is in your kitchen you should fire them tonight. I do not mind spending money on a good meal. we visited butcher Brothers in Cheshire last week and had two steak dinners and it was $280 so I have no problems spending money on good food but the food of Giovanni's is garbage"

"I was craving comfort food on the rainy day. I ordered their meatballs. I was delighted to see four large meatballs in a red sauce with cheeses (grated cheese and ricotta, I think). It came with four slices of toasted Italian bread. The meatballs themselves were perfect- not dense, flavorful, delicious. Just like my (Italian) dad makes. As an amazing bonus, they gifted me a pice of tiramisu also! I have no idea why they did that and I doubt they do that for everyone so don't get your hopes up that you'll also get free tiramisu. But it put such a smile on my face. And it's PERFECT tiramisu! I was actually on the fence about adding tiramisu to my order and now I don't think I will be able to resist ordering tiramisu from them again, no matter what I get. It's so good!
