They seemed like they were battered and fried twice, with how thick they were, and in some I found two rings of onion, rather than just one, making them super heavy and non enjoyable. The burger was very sloppy put together, soggy, and had 1/4 lb of lettuce on it, it seemed like. The Beijing beef is spicy & sweet, the teryaki chicken is light and flavorful, the king pow chicken is so so (a bit too greasy for me), the lo mein is good, and the fried rice is aiight...you may as well just get white rice. It cheap and fast so for what it is...it's great. If I ordered again I'd just get the lo mein, Beijing beef, and teriyaki chicken. And the cute lil fortune cookie was refreshing. "

"By the time the bag of food reaches me it's open (or at least it has been the last few times). The small piece of tape used to keep bag closed isn't sufficient enough. I don't believe it's the dashers bc it's happened multiple times and it's always a different dasher. Also, I was really disappointed to see the fries and chicken bites box no longer has an option to make it larger. It's only one size now which just isn't enough as I got a decent amount of fries but not enough chicken bites. Since chicken bites aren't on the menu as a standalone item I couldn't get an extra (which I shouldn't have had to do anyway). The food is usually very good and consistent but things like this make zero sense to me. Why mess up a good thing?"
