I don’t know if all chicken fajita rollups come with a side of cheddar mashed potatoes, but my mine did. (Definitely Appreciated) I ate my meal with a fork and made mashed potato fajita combinations throughout the course of the meal and was drawn back at how savory and well prepared this dish was with every bite. There are dishes like these that make me wonder why more websites and apps that provide services for pickup/delivery orders don’t push to create an option to tip your chef as well?. (Magnifico) The Fajita rollup, 9 out of 10. The mashed potatoes, 9 out of 10. And although I haven’t gotten to the mozzarella sticks yet or salad yet, I’m pretty sure that they will be far from a subpar tasting cheese stick and salad. Because the box is made out of paper, I usually try to transfer the leftovers so that the box doesn't become soggy. Today, I didn't bring anything to move it over to so I added a note to please put a piece of aluminum foil at the bottom of the box. It was done! Rojo always reads special instruction, all food & condiments are always in the bag, and the food ALWAYS arrives quickly & HOT. Hands down, BEST place for lunch in the area. My supervisor also wanted it noted that her "Sexy" Pollo Sandwich is fantastic, as usual. Whoever the chef & the person bagging orders at Rojo is, they ought to give lessons to every other restaurant."
