"The Boneless Spare Ribs were SO FLAVORFUL AND TENDER, they were absolutely to die for! The Bourbon Bacon Jam Eggs Benedict - eggs were hard boiled not poached(my wife doesnt really like eggs anyway so not a huge deal breaker) and there was less than a teaspoon of the jam between the two English Muffin halves.
