The only time we get the right amount of rice is if we ask for no salad. I find the salad to be a waste because it's already dressed and arrives soggy. We love salad, just not soggy. I understand the restaurant uses good containers but they are children sized portions for quite a bit of money. I dine at fine restaurants and well appointed restaurants where the dishes are more expensive than their street counterparts, but the portions and the quality of the food command the prices. Pick TWO (2) toppings (half and half) from: eye round (rawww), brisket, tendon, tripe, beef meatballs, fishball, chicken, tofu, steamed vegetables. Beef pho broth by default. Broth packed separately. Customer is expected to bring broth to a boil and cook eye round to desired doneness. All Pho bowls comes with rice noodles topped with sliced onions, chopped scallions, and cilantro.
