"Wow! Let me tell you. I recently moved to the area and have tried 7 other sushi places. My favorite roll is a simple 20. Spicy Salmon Roll. All 7 places (I will not name) put crunch or (tempura pieces) in the roll which ruins it completely. This place, was perect. No crunch whatsoever and the salmon inside was so thick and fresh. I knew from one bite this is my go to place and probably the best sushi place in SJ. I also ordered the Lynn Roll which was out of this world! Cant say enough good things about this place.
