(Magnifico) The Fajita rollup, 9 out of 10. The mashed potatoes, 9 out of 10. And although I haven’t gotten to the mozzarella sticks yet or salad yet, I’m pretty sure that they will be far from a subpar tasting cheese stick and salad. Applebees’ chef cooked this meal to perfection. The lettuce was fresh, chicken was savory, their mashed potatoes were the best that I’ve had in a while. They weren’t over seasoned and smothering. They come with a generous amount of extra cheddar cheese and chipotle sauce on the side. (Totally Used That, And Loved It As Well) I didn’t think their meal would be as good as it was. Ladies and Gentlemen, Their Chef Can Cook. The hustle and bustle of the day can make it easy to forget that cooking is an ART. I didn’t forget last night to say the least.
