That's why you don't see bottles for even ketchup etc on the table. Meats are never frozen. If you want a nice fresh and flavorful steak dinner without breaking the bank or anything off of their menu you know you're getting completely fresh like a mom and pop type spot. All their sister company is Bonefish Grill and it's the same situation if you want seafood. Both will always be go to spots for us. Never disappointed and even their famous bloomin onions are cut in the back one at a time from huge onions and hand battered. If you've somehow never had Outback or didn't know how fresh their ingredients are put some respect on their name! We went for the 20oz Bone-In Ribeye* 20 oz. this time for me and my wife got the Sirloin* & Grilled Chicken each with 2 sides and great portions, well seasoned and always the free Bread loaf and butter with every order. Even if you just want variety or something simple that's not steak you can't go wrong with the basics. Chicken Tenders, Burgers, and even their ribs are very good! "The fish taco was generous and outstanding! now I want to try all of their street tacos. the quesadilla was good, and had a generous amount of fajita veggies. The chicken soup was a little bland, but maybe that's my fault. I expected something more like chicken tortilla soup. This felt more like Grandma's chicken soup you would eat when you're sick and need something mild. There was a lot of chicken in it. Could have used cilantro and lime, some pico or onion or something, to throw on top. I wish they had packed the tortilla strips separately so they didn't get all waterlogged by the time this came to my house. A little cheese would be nice for on top, too. Anyway, I added some garlic and Mexican spices and it was pretty good. I just expected a more robust broth. If it were an option I would add jalapenos or some spicy or salsa to all the food that I ordered tonight, something with a kick. Would definitely order from here again, but maybe not the soup. The prices are fair."
