My personal preference is to swap out the springroll for another fried wonton, not a fan of the filling in the springroll. The vermicelli noodles,thinly sliced cucumber, pickled carrots, and sprouts are always fresh! I buy this more than I should for lunch, it's just too good not to, especially in Summer."
