"I ordered Chicken and Waffles, but when I opened the box, there was no waffle inside. I called the restaurant right away to let them know. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem to believe me at first and just said it was “that's wired" I told them that I had recorded a video while opening the box because I was planning to do a review. After that, their tone changed and they apologized. They promised to give me a refund, but I still haven’t received it. At this point, I’m not even concerned about the money.
