The artichokes either had gone bad, or were improperly cooked/prepped because they literally disintegrated the second they touched your tongue. It was like eating artichoke flavored cotton candy-- disgusting. The ham on the pizza was SO salty and overcooked to the point it was borderline burnt. The basil on top was brown. "First off I ordered the Strawberry Lemon French Macaron - 6 Count and didnt get them I got the 12 count variety ones instead and they were stale. The banana peppers on my sandwich were gross they didn’t taste fresh at all. I work in the food industry and know what fresh ingredients taste like and the banana peppers i got were completely gross. They also didn’t toast the meat and cheese like I requested and the sub was drowned in oil although I did ask for the oil the 3 layers of wrapping the small sandwich came it were completely soaked. Also they packaged each item individually which is a huge waste of paper the big bag they put just the condiments and macarons in although it was big enough to fit all 3 of the items i ordered. Then they put my sandwich in a whole other bag then put the sandwich inside a bag with two sandwich papers wrapped around it. Then the pizza logs came packaged in a box 3 times the size of the logs themselves... Just a lot of paper waste. The only good thing about my order was the Pizza Logs they were good and still hot when they got here. "

The DoorDash price has dropped from $22 to $17 making it a better value, but still skimpy for the price, both in-store and delivered.. The homemade chips aren't great once they've been in the container with a hot sandwich for the 1/4 mile tide from the store to my house. The Belgian chocolate cake is delicious, but it's a very small piece for the price. Again, the price has come down, so that's a little better. I liked the store because, even though portions are small for the cost, the food tastes fantastic, and they will calm you to clarify any questions they have rather than send you a wrong order. For sure best customer service in town!!"
