Chicago Pizza and Pasta's crust must be able to stand up to the toppings. The crust heel should not be so glutenous. There was no buttery and flaky crust, but the toppings and sauce were good. As far as the salad. It's generic. Do you make your own salad dressing? It'd be great if you did. The pizza was generous though and can fill up two people.
Work on your crustt and you'll have to beat the customers off with sticks. "
