Rice was buttery and soft, right amount of salt. It was fantastic. I already ate a portion of the Ghormeh Sabzi with Meat no rice and the Tahdig with Stew, , so what I've photoed is actually less than what they'd initially put in, it was full to the brim for both dishes when it arrived. I really appreciate that. And let me tell you for my first time trying these- pretty amazing and very fresh taste. If you ever had Dolma before, Ghormeh Sabzi with Meat no rice kind of has those vibes but it is indeed stew. Since it's nearing winter, Tahdig with Stew gives suchhhh Christmas vibes, it's sweet and savory. I recommend that dish if you're thinking of a potluck during that time. Tomato is smoked really well, meat for both kabobs is soft and tastes great. Especially with the addition of the lemon. They also give spices and bread, a container of spice, plus a lotttt of bread.
