"I have eaten and some of the top Tonkatsu restaurants in Toyko and this was by far the best I've had since. Delicious, chicken was nice breast meat and the breading was airy and crispy and perfect. "My first reaction when I saw my regular Regular Bowl was simply, "Wow!" In typical Hawaiian style, the portion was huge! But quality is more important than quantity, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch! I got hamachi and tuna as my proteins and the fish was absolutely fresh. The hamachi was buttery and the tuna was nice and meaty, both devoid of that fishy taste. As for the other ingredients, I love how they included big chunks of tofu, and the veggies were nice and crunchy. The rice was perfect! This is how a poke bowl should be!"
