"Kajiken used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but they've been reeeeally inconsistent as of late. Today's NIKUMORI ABURASOBA was overly spicy and buried in green onions. I've learned to only order from them on Thursdays, and when I break that rule, I am always disappointed. The egg shortage means everyone now gets half an ajitama instead of a full raw egg. :("
