"Super Burrito was actually significantly better than other places around here. Being from Los Angeles I find Mexican food in the Bay Area underwhelming, but this burrito was pretty solid. All of the ingredients (rice and beans) had really good flavor. I did the grilled chicken and while it could have had a better char to it, it was very flavorful. "I've been eating at La Mordida for 10 years. The food is consistently good, and they're open "late" (for Pacifica/the Bay Area, where everything closes early). I always order either the Super (carnitas or chile verde), Vegetarian burrito, baby burrito, carnitas nachos, huarrache (sooooo good!), chile relleño, a la cart rice (always super fresh & moist/not dried out), side of refried beans, quesadilla, Crispy Taco, & regular street tacos. "We did not really enjoy this food. Everything just tasted a little off. We ordered two Carne Asada plates. The meat was fine, but a small portion, but the rice and beans were really not good. I also tried a carnitas taco and it was just ok. Really didn't feel great after eating it, but we gave them another try the other night in case it was just a one-off bad night, but this time in person and it still wasn't great and we felt not great again. Won't be eating here again. It's too bad, but they really need to upgrade the quality of their food and flavors."
