On top of that, there were maybe three to five small pieces of chicken. The Palak Paneer was unfortunately even worse. It was extremely bland, overly oily, the same thin consistency, not saucy at all and honestly not edible. I couldn’t finish it. Overall, the food felt low quality and overpriced. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t order these dishes again."

"Varam is a new Indian place, haven't tried in person, but just tried on Door dash for the first time. I ordered two Biryanis and loved them both! The Golconda Kofta Biryani is amazing! This biryani had minced goat koftas shaped around a hard boiled egg (think Scotch eggs, if you don't know what a kofta is). The kofta is pretty large and you get two kofte in the dish. The biryani was very flavorful and also spicy, and the minced goat was incredibly delicious and tender. Loved it, will definitely order again. The Potlam Chicken Biryani was also super delicious, it's an egg-wrapped biryani with spicy boneless chicken pieces. Also very good, the chicken was tender and juicy. Will be ordering both of these dishes again!"

"I received my 2 orders of longanisa which is advertised as a full silog meal - including egg and rice and vinegar. I only received the longanisa and the vinegar.
Called the restaurant and spoke with a woman who was quick to tell me I only ordered the sides of longanisa. I said no I ordered the full meal and that the photo and description said it included rice and egg. She insisted that they already updated the info on Door Dash and that I didn't update the app. My app was already up to date and I doubled checked the description and photo.
Since she was quick with a prepared answer and did not try to resolve the issue, I'm inferring that this comes up with other customers.
I'm leaving 2 stars bc it tastes good and turnaround was quick, but false advertising to skimp on customers for more money is just shady to me. I essentially paid $18 for 6 longanisa at $3 each . Would love to support a local business but will not be returning here."

"Shocked that I didn't 5-star them when I first tried a few months ago. Tandoori Chicken is great, mildly spiced and not boring, made a good road trip lunch. Calamari Pakoras were unusual and very satisfying. Kabuli Naan was also good - a bit decadent, sweet flatbread - as was the Nimbo Pani, which was lemonade plus a bit of proprietary flavouring. Big kudos for Chicken Salad, which is a nice fresh greens salad with a packet of tandoori chicken bites you mix in to keep from getting bored.
