' They went above and beyond to not only compensate with a complimentary meal(hand delivered) that was absolutely perfect, They also detailed their actions to ensure this does not happen again... they immediately contacted their meat suppliers at the time and removed the steak from the take away menu due to it not being of the quality they expected. I am very impressed with the managing of the situation. I urge anyone wanting a far better, home style burger that is huge!!! ( not like the plastic chain places) Give Bobby's burgers a go. Sweet & Sour Pork was packaged drenched in sweet and sour sauce so was soggy on arrival, and came with a side of sweet and sour sauce too. Fried Rice and 2 Prawn Toasts fine but wouldn't order again. Positive feedback goes to the eco packaging instead of plastic."
