The representative was very polite and extremely apologetic, she was grateful for the review in part, stating that ' if they don't get feedback they can't address any issues. ' They went above and beyond to not only compensate with a complimentary meal(hand delivered) that was absolutely perfect, They also detailed their actions to ensure this does not happen again... they immediately contacted their meat suppliers at the time and removed the steak from the take away menu due to it not being of the quality they expected. I am very impressed with the managing of the situation. I urge anyone wanting a far better, home style burger that is huge!!! ( not like the plastic chain places) Give Bobby's burgers a go.
