The 15 Potato Bites were slightly undercooked but nice and the Wedges were good. The Alfredo Chicken and Mushroom Pasta had so much cheese and herbs that I couldn't taste anything else and I believe the pasta itself was overcooked. "Smoked Prime Steak 250 G was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Sliced Brisket 250 G fell apart in my mouth, juicy and delectable. The Chicken Thigh 190 G was cooked and seasoned well, always a good choice and a family favourite.. The Mash and Brisket Gravy is by far the best mash and gravy you can get anywhere locally and you can't convince me otherwise."
"The Ultimate Barbecue Platter was large enough for 3-4 people, everything was well cooked and loved by all. I found the sauces to be almost sickly sweet personally so if you don't have a sweet tooth i'd avoid the pulled pork. The rest of the meat was great, particularly the Brisket which fell apart in your mouth and the chicken was seasoned well and very loved.
The Burnt Ends 200 G is a good amount, the sauce was too sweet for me but otherwise the dish was very enjoyable, the ends were caramelized very well.

"Ordered Brisket Burnt Ends (Large with Chips) and Brisket Burnt Ends (Large) one with smokey BBQ sauce and the other with honey garlic soy sauce.
The smoke BBQ sauce was great, the honey garlic soy tasted a bit chemically likely due to it not going well with the smoke flavour. The meat was succulent and fell apart in my mouth, they were delectable, I was a little sad there were actually no burnt crispy pieces though. The chips were good, they were cooked well but just didn't seem to be salted/seasoned."
