"The Side Blackened Salmon had a good blackening season on it. It is a tad spicy, but not overly spicy. For me, it was just enough to add a slight heat to the salmon. The salmon was cooked well. It may have been a tad more to the dryer side but that works for me because I don't like it when it has more of that slimy texture even though I know it's ok if it's cooked that way. The only thing that kind of sucked was that it must have been made right away and sat, waiting for the driver to show up. Both dishes were barely warm and I saw on the app that the driver came straight to my house, which isn't far at all. The Side Shrimp was also good. They give you a decent amount of shrimp. They were cooked perfectly and had a good seasoning on them. The sides were a perfect way of getting my proteins in without wasting the carb sides they typically come with."
