That is definitely NOT the case, with The Charles'. The consistency, well, it is extremely consistent! The staff are always friendly, & no disrespect to the host of this review, I generally prefer to order directly from the restaurant, so they have a better chance of surviving, & keep their quality of output, high. "Food tasted amazing despite it not being as warm as i would have liked (restaurant is not at fault). Lamb and chicken Slouvaki cooked perfectly. Portion sizes were ok, the wrap is around the same size as an average kebab. The wraps were presented nicely in a box, with no sauces or condiments overflowing. The ratio of the condiments and sauces were perfect; not too much or too little of one thing. One thing is that it can be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, I guess; quality."
