Everything arrived cold, and the so-called Boneless wings were 4/5 breading and 1/5 chicken. They were hard and tasted stale, inedible. I wound up throwing them all away. Those were the worst I have ever had.
The potato "wedges" were so small and thin, they were completely crispy.
For the amount of money they charge, the quality of their food is subpar. I will not be ordering from them again, ever."

"The food was so good yesterday that I ordered it again today but the pieces of steak beef or smaller than yesterday and over cooked. I wasn't satisfied with the portion amount of beef that I got this time. The owner was very accommodating and gave me extra pepper Cheaneys and add cucumbers to my salad and no feta cheese as requested. And gave me a side of dressing that I was a really appreciative of.
When you order for the second time you expect to get the same results. You except to get the same portions of meat we know that the pieces of meat or not always going to be the same exact size but you never want less. "This review is long overdue. We used to order from Papa Juan’s all the time. It was our go to spot for local Mexican food. I decided to order again today because I was craving their shrimp ceviche, but sadly the experience did not live up to what it once was.
The ceviche used to be packed with shrimp and flavor. Now it feels like it is mostly cucumbers and onions, likely just to fill the container. The overall presentation of the food felt careless and bland.
On top of that, their packaging has not adapted to today’s delivery standards. There was no tamper evident seal, just a plastic bag loosely tied at the top. When ordering through a service like DoorDash, I expect the restaurant to take food safety and presentation seriously.
Papa Juan’s used to be a standout, but sadly it no longer feels worth it.
