"Who doesn't love Culver's? I'd say it's the best burger from a fast food establishment. So I had no issues with the food. The issue was with items missing from the order. I was missing pretzel bites, a cheese sauce, all the sauces that came with the value meals, and last but not least my husband's fries, which I didn't notice until I came home from driving to Culver's to get my missing items.
It was a rough day and I was looking forward to comfort food magically showing up at my door. When I realized items were missing I hopped in the car and drove the few miles to the store. The employees were so very nice and apologized profusely. I understand sh*t happens. Along with my items the manager gave me a coupon for a free meal and told me I could pick out a custard to take home, which I happily did. It worked out for Culver's because I can't imagine my life now without their chocolate pecan caramel custard and will be going there (probably weekly lol) for this heaven sent dessert.
I want to acknowledge the staff and manager as they went above and beyond to correct a mistake. Thank you gals!"

"Was super disappointed with this store. I haven't had subway in a while and thought I'd treat my family with some take out. After it was delivered I’d unwrapped each sub and grew more and more upset. I got a tuna, an Italian, and a Prime Rib. I paid for extra protein on all the subs, making all 3 subs over 15 dollars. For of 60 bucks for 3 subs and 2 bags of chips, you'd think it would have been worth it. But that wasn't the case. There was barely any topping, 4 tiny tomatoes on each sub, a sprinkle of lettuce, and a few peppers and onions tossed on top. The bread in the Italian was shredded apart and cut super thin on the bottom that caused one of the sub to completely fall apart. The Tuna sub was a few ice cream scoop sized portions squished into the bread, and the Steak sub was a poor excuse of a sub, my extra meat was no where to be seen with a tiny bit of toppings and a maybe a small squirt if sauce, it was basically a bread sub with a hint of meat. The chips I got weren't even the chips I ordered. I'm very upset and will never visit this subway again."
