I always appreciate a shop that will separate ramen broth to prevent the noodles from going soggy and the sauce for the Curry Katsu Don is also in its own container so you can appreciate their light, crispy coating of the meat the way it is intended. I also enjoy that their Matcha Milk Tea is not overly sweet and retains the strong flavor it should have. "I got the Any 3 Rolls combo, specifically with 3 Salmon Avocado rolls and the Miso soup, and it was excellent as always. The portions are good, and the ingredients are deliciously fresh. But not only is their food excellent, so is their customer service. They're consistently really respectful about my request for no wasabi (it causes me severe gastrointestinal upset due to a preexisting health condition), and even my requests for no ginger and low sodium soy sauce, which are just my preferences, but ones they always nail, too.
