I got a message that the order was ready. When we came to pick it up,they said we made a mistake and that they ran out of the beef shawarma. Despite them having chicken, they didn't have our chicken shawarmas ready either. We ended up having to order 4 Chicken Shawarma with 🍟 and wait in the restaurant, defeating the purpose of us ordering in advance. I wish they at least communicated beforehand that the beef shawarma was out instead of falsely saying our order was ready.
