"AVOID ordering this restaurant on this app. Have now ordered twice, with both orders exceeding $250 apiece and BOTH times they have made errors and omitted food in the delivery. Spoke to the manager and he offered the explanation that they do not receive alot of orders on Dash & also that they were "busy" which I assume he thought were good excuses for messing up consecutive orders. He also recommended calling after placing the order to confirm the order, which no other restaurant on the app requires. He did apologize about the inconvenience, but seemed very nonchalant & not genuine. The food overall was good but if you want to enjoy it and ensure you actually get what you order, you should definitely avoid ordering it on this app and try in-person. Hopefully they have better in-house service than pick-up service, where apparently they have troubles in deciphering orders unless the patron is physically in their location. A side note on the food, which is small, is that our Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Honey & Bacon contained only one piece of bacon, which was the size of a small pea. If you order this, per my conversation with the manager, you may want to follow up your order with a call and ensure they actually include bacon with this entree."

Despite the distance, the Spaghetti Bolognese was piping hot when it arrived.The pasta was al dente and the sauce definitely didn't taste like it came from the shelf of a grocery store. "Not a satisfying experience. The salad could have been good if over half wasn't the white core or brown lettuce. The Chicken Penne did have a great sauce BUT the noodles were overcooked and pretty mushy. The Spaghetti Bolognese was not advertised to be spicy and traditionally is not a spicy italian dish, but it had a kick to it and the person it was for does not like "spicy". For the cost of each bowl, the portion was much smaller than expected."

"The food tastes good and the ingredients seem to be decent quality but didn't match the images very well. We received dishes that seemed more appropriately priced at $10-15 rather then $15-20. The rice barely tasted like saffron and wasn't as yellow as pictured. Also, the full sized Grains Bowl had a surprisingly small amount of rice under the toppings and the Steak + Feta also had less ingredients than pictured. The bowl was half empty and maybe they were out of some stuff because it only had a couple of tiny broccoli scraps in it. The bag was also wide open with no staples or tape and we waited 2.5hrs total for the order after the restaurant delayed it without any explanation"
