I had to call the restaurant to request light mayo on my sandwich because I was unable to make a request via DD and the lady that I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful and my sandwich came just the way I like it. And the dasher was on time. The issue I had was I ordered two bags of chips (a sandwich is NOT a sandwich without chips) and didn't get any. Not one bag.
