"Normally good but..This was the worst time getting sandwiches from Jersey Mikes. First the cheese was sliced thinner than ever and we ordered Extra cheese which did not even equal the regular amount of cheese we have got on our sandwiches for years. Then asked for 3 sides of pickles, peppers, and oil. You haveto call each time because Jersey Mikes won't make the delivery app menus better by offering sides of things with quanity buttons and if extra is wanted the option to pay for more. I mean, if they are going to reduce the product given to us instead of increase price overall at the least give cutomer options to order triple cheese, Extra pickles ON THE SIDE, etc. . The girl I spoke with informed me they will now only give one side of things such as side of oil, pickles, etc per sandwich. I ordered 2 sandwiches and only received 1 set of sides only ...not 2. This penny pinching skimping on the product needs to be handled more professionally. Thin see -through cheese is NOT what we want on our sandwiches so at least put the thicker slices back, offer Extra and actually put it and charge accordingly. Fix the apps allow for things to be on the side. Charge for as many sides as the customer would like if necessary, but PLEASE don't change the product / preparation. It's bad enough they do not offer their Pastrami sandwiches with the cooked sauerkraut option anymore. C'mon Jersey Mikes ya'll have had some great food over the years...don't let it go downhill. "

On the downside, I found the mac & cheese a very small portion for $4.50 and it was without much flavour and the noodles extremely soft, to the point of dissolving to the touch. Slaw was nice and not overly sauced. Meal was packaged reasonably well for travel and sauce portions were more than reasonable in size and flavourful in taste. Overall a reasonable meal and I will try them again."

I wasn't satisfied with the portion amount of beef that I got this time. The owner was very accommodating and gave me extra pepper Cheaneys and add cucumbers to my salad and no feta cheese as requested. And gave me a side of dressing that I was a really appreciative of. When you order for the second time you expect to get the same results. You except to get the same portions of meat we know that the pieces of meat or not always going to be the same exact size but you never want less. I don't live in this area but if I return I will definitely still consider ordering from this Restaurant I just need to communicate that I need bigger pieces of meat and not over cooked. I think the price for the large chicken salad is a Stealer deal. "
